2. Job description and / or duties:
   
   engineering aspects of production process on concrete stair cases and other pre-cast products. Analyze and create production, schematics, and drawing. Compute Engineer and specifications to ensure quality of production. Use CAD software in performance of duties.
   
   
   
3. Education and training level:
   
   Bachelors Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering and 2 years experience.
   
   
   
4. Education / Experience :
   
   The future production manager must have a degree in concrete construction/ technology and experience in precast concrete.
